Sportscraft is Australia’s destination for heritage contemporary style. Renowned for fit and quality and a strong concession business as well as 60 free standing stores across ANZ. A loyal customer base that was in the boomer demographic, key objectives here for the brand were to re define a wider customer base, re evaluate the product and location strategy and drive acquisition, increased customer growth by +20% YOY. Re establishing property/distribution strategy to align to more profitable locations and in turn increase Sales per SQM MAT by 7% YOY and EBITDA +500% YOY. Established #1 ranking within David Jones within womenswear with refined product strategy.

Cotton on Group is house of 9 brands, whilst operating within the cotton on Body brand we doubled brand revenue in 4 years from $150m - $270m+, growing LFL year on year +15% 4 years in a row. Defining the allocation of categories to stores in graded assortments as well as building categories that were incremental to the portfolio. Maximising summer shops within multi spaces and standalone stores as well as tailoring the trading strategy across 16 countries to drive profitable MAT growth. I also lead the operations and engagement teams globally and implemented incentive programs and reward and recognition firsts for the group. Grew leveraged profit whilst growing top line sales and redefined processes for the wider group whilst sitting on the executive team within planning across the group. Reporting into the board and partnering with the global executive teams across the group.

Dianna Ferrari is a heritage Australian brand renowned for comfort fit and quality. Predominantly footwear recognised however we also operated an apparel business throughout 20+ FP stores and 18 clearance stores nationally. I worked for the fusion retail group at the time of a merger and an acquisition and partnered with EY throughout the process to ensure that all financials and policies were to standard. Whilst at the brand we operated as the most profitable brand under the portfolio and grew comp sales +8% YOY. As a business analyst and merchant for the brand I was across all financial operations as well as merchandise and reported at board level.

Founded in 1980 in Columbus Ohio, USA EXPRESS operates across 500+ doors within the USA and delivers a turnover of $1.9bn USD annually. I set up the first international operations for the brand in the Middle East back in 2009, on the leadership team located in Kuwait we set up brand operations under Alshaya franchise network. I delivered process and set up complete brand operations and opened 6 stores across the Middle East. Working hand in hand with the host brand in the USA to tailor the assortment and the mix to suit the middles eastern consumer.

Founded in 1972 FCUK operates across UK, USA, Canada and the EU. Under Lambert Howarth design agency I delivered footwear for the brand inline with the apparel creative brief. Designing and sourcing footwear from multiple suppliers across China and India, working with factories on tooling, materials and costings and delivering stock direct to DC in the UK - End to end delivery of footwear range

Founded by Australian creative Lowell Harder in London in the 1990’s the brand became a cult following after the distribution grew. I led the John Lewis distribution which was the start of the brands expansion back in 2002 which ultimately led to the first buy out of the brand to private equity. Working within the wholesale team alongside the sales director within the John Lewis buying office, delivering year on year double digit comp growth and solidifying a house brand within the UK market. Radley now owns over 20 stores and is stocked in global department stores.

Ceres was born from the belief that every women at any age wants accessible effortless fashion! The home town of cotton on founder and local to the cotton on home Ceres life was a small project I headed up with Julie Christy ex trend and innovation executive at cotton on group. I was instrumental in the start up of CERES life and embedded the framework and the range build for the launch, from brand set up to range planning and product / customer strategy.

Partnered with the executive team at Liberated brands group on a project within the merchandise space. Doing a full review across buying and planning and embedding framework, process, tools and people structures to set the teams up for continued growth. This role was completed as a fractional member of the team working alongside the team and being a part of a steering committee.

Kmart delivers annual turnover of $10bn AUD part of the Westfarmers group listed on the ASX. Working under the leadership of guy russo I was a part of the journey that embedded the every day lowest price strategy and ultimately put Kmart of the map for delivering the best product at the best everyday lowest price. I was part of the intimate apparel division leading the category through the branded to home brand change. Delivering 30% + growth within the department and delivering one of the lost profitable fixtures within the store at the time of trade.

Ena Pelly is a womenswear fashion label founder led, I came on board to support the owner with a brand refresh and an overhaul on commercial operations. Redefining customer, re writing brand book and DNA, product strategy, culture, marketing strategy and GTM planning. On boarded a new loyalty platform and delivered CRO insights to frame up a website re skin. Onboarded new digital agency and PR partner - Leaving no hood unturned! A complete end to end refresh delivering a FY double digit profit turnaround and leaving a strong foundation and a 3 year strategy for the team to fly high!
